Cora Richardson Hodge

Cora Richardson Hodge is the Founder of the Firm. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience in corporate/commercial matters and real estate development. A large part of her practice also involves commercial litigation.
She practices extensively before the High Court and the Court of Appeal and have been involved in some notable commercial cases such as: Devcon Ltd v Cap Juluca Properties Ltd; Elise Meyer v Shoal Bay Development Corp; Patricia Ann-Hurst Willard et al v Paragon Holding Ltd et al; John Paul DeJoria et al v Gigi Osco-Bingeman et al.
Mrs. Richardson Hodge received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Science from Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne, Florida in 1995 and her Juris Doctor (cum laude) Degree from Stetson University College of Law in 1999. She thereafter received her Legal Education Certificate from the Council of Legal Education in 2000, allowing her to appear before the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court. She is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified County Court Mediator and a Court Appointed Mediator of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court.
Mrs. Richardson Hodge is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and the Anguilla Financial Services Association, a former Government appointed Liaison Officer between the Government of Anguilla and Flag Luxury Properties and a former Director on the Board of the National Bank of Anguilla.
